The Aboriginal Labour Force Development Circle (ALFDC) serves as the Indigenous Community Entity (ICE) for Toronto under Reaching Home. We work with the Toronto Indigenous Community Advisory Board (TICAB), community partners, and the City of Toronto to prevent and reduce homelessness.
Toronto’s current plan covers April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2028 and includes ongoing engagement with the Indigenous Community Entity (ALFDC) and TICAB.

Reaching Home is the Government of Canada’s community-based program to prevent and reduce homelessness. Communities implement a Coordinated Access approach and report annually on outcomes.
