The ALFDC provides employment and training services to Aboriginal people in Ontario.
Who do we help?
- Our twelve (12) First Nations in Ontario
- Urban Aboriginal Population on and off reservation
- Direct out of province Aboriginal clients to their reservations assistance
The ALFDC negotiated an Aboriginal Human Resource Development Agreement (AHRDA) with Human Resource Development Canada (HRDC) to design, develop and deliver employment and training programs and services to the ALFDC membership. The ALFDC was also successful in securing an AHRDA for the city of Toronto to provide the programs and services to the Aboriginal population.
