Our Vision

Aboriginal peoples are moving towards full jurisdiction over employment and training. Through the implementation of the ALFDC strategy we will work collectively to strengthen our institutions, our capabilities and our ability to control our own systems. We will provide training opportunities and choices that support the right of Aboriginal peoples to achieve self-empowerment through work while protecting cultural identity.
