The ALFDC provides employment and training services to Aboriginal people in Ontario.

Who do we help?

  • Twelve (12) First Nations membership
  • Urban Aboriginal population
  • Out of province Aboriginal clients seeking service in Ontario

The ALFDC negotiated an Aboriginal Human Resource Development Agreement (AHRDA) with Human Resource Development Canada (HRDC) to design, develop and deliver employment and training programs and services to the ALFDC membership. The ALFDC was also successful in securing an AHRDA for the city of Toronto to provide the programs and services to the Aboriginal population.
